Flock memberships are charged in full on the first visit of the agreement.
Each visit will include a 20 point tune up for each unit. Tune up points include: checking capacitor, contactor, compressor, condenser motor, thermostat, condenser coil, evaporator coil, refrigerant charge, temperature split, burners, blower motor, heat exchanger, ignition system, flame sensor, duct work, cleaning of condensing coil, tightening of all electrical connections, lubrication of parts as needed, gas leak inspection, and replace or clean air filter.
